The self-titled debut album of Dola is a fine combination of black metal, doom, drone and even some post-rock. At first sight, nothing new but everything sounds fresh and fun. This is a lot more catchy than I would have expected for blackened doom, quite pleasantly so. That riff that starts around the three minute mark on the opening track is the tits.
