Bad English
Tage Westerlund
Better as few latest ones, but not as old GD. Its concept and such special theme , you need write better lyrics , better lines as we all can sing and remember next 20 years. We dont have it here. Classic GD ruffs, heavy ones. One song save the day, maybe best ballad in last 10 years from all bands, who knows, but whit out it this album would be weak. I suggest try this

Agree - not bad album, some good riffs, perfect arrangement. I liker cool intro and Scottish style parts played on bagpipes. They made another good album about clans and Scotland fight for freedom when the same time Scottish band Alestorm play disco-metal

This new album is better than I expected. The previous one was boring and lazy in my opinion, but Fields of Blood sounds suprisingly catchy and energetic. I still have to say that the parts containing bagpipes are not my favorites. You have to use them when you make a Scotland themed album, but the sound of the instrument doesn't please my ears very much.

Was a fan of War themed Albums long time back when I used to be a fan of Sabaton. Now a days it seems to be very boring to listen to this style and also when they use the Bagpipe excessively to get the Scottish touch.
Anyways, credits to production which is excellent.

In the beginning I was made of clay. Then I bit the apple and they changed me to metal 🤘

Possibly it's slightly better than the two previous ones but Grave Digger still feels like a band that lost all creativity and just record albums for the sake of recording albums. This is just a weak rehash of Tunes of War...
