Well I'm a little disappointed with this record, I don't enjoy it a whole lot, there are quite a few moments where I feel like the music is just nagging me. Not to say there aren't any good moments, I do love some of the riffs and soundscapes they've created here. My biggest issues are probably the production and composition on bass guitar and some of the lead riffs, which is a bit strange because in some of their other works it feels right to me and technically it's not too different here. I wish I could put my finger on it.

Edited my comment since upon re-listening to it I felt like I was too harsh.

Not my favourite from them, but they are if anything an undeniably consistent band. The production on this is much more raw than previous, and you can really tell it's a drum machine, but somehow it still works really well overall. It almost feels like an AAFCC demo.
