It can be really interesting to see how a musician's side-project influences their main band's sound.

Absolutely love their newish direction with the last album and these tracks!

A Whisp of the Atlantic and Death Diviner may be some of my all time favorite tracks by them. Epic!!!!

The title track is amazing, to say the least. Those riffs in the middle of the song before it slows down for a while, are just nasty.

I miss the sound of The Ride Majestic, but this is an interesting overlap of recent Soilwork with some of that Night Flight Orchestra sound introduced on the later tracks on the EP. And a commendable effort at a 15+ min song on the title track

The title track is something between prog rock and melodeath jazz. Weird shit straight from Night Flight crazy dreams. Not digging. The rest is more or less familiar modern day Soilwork. That being said, Death Diviner might very well be the best thing they did ever since changing the style on Broadcast. The song is absolute bonkers in every way possible.
