Powerful album much like "Bound By Metal" metal was. The band was clearly becoming better at writing songs during this album and "BbM", which can be seen as a decrease of filler songs that were more present on the first two albums. "True Metal" is a strong statement for those who are still wondering whether the band is true or false.

How came we comment weird old HM bands here.

We came here because we took inventory of this modern culture and what it has to offer and that wasn't what we were looking for. We came here because we were fed up with the mainstream four chord radio music with same song every time with very little difference in structure, always with ultra repetitive pattern, degenerate lyrics always about nonsense like chasing pussy and partying. We came here because we saw that these songs with 500millions of views/listens are crap and we said like Mark Twain: "Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to reform". We came here for bad ass lyrics about battles, dragons and of course, true metal. We came here because we tried some of these modern styles of music i.e. dupstep and came to the conclusion that: what is this shit, is this supposed to be music or some new kind of torture method? We came here to kick ass and bang our heads. We came here to hail and kill. We came here to pay homage to Lemmy, Ronnie Dio, Phil Lynott, Mark Shelton, etc. to keep the true heavy metal legacy going by listening to this music. We came, we saw (heard), we headbanged. Didn't we?
