If torment in Hell had a soundtrack to accompany the burden of the sinners then it definitely would and without any second thought be Wormphlegm's "Tomb Of The Ancient King". One of Finland's well-kept secrets managed to return during 2006 and release one of most terrifying albums (ever?), unleashing painful soundscapes of fear, terror and oblivion in the air, shattering all innocense to pieces before the listener's very eyes.

True enough, but this is still excellent doom.

Rating: 9 Very happy that these guys are visible now. Hopefully some more people find them and are subjugated to the brutal punishment that is Wormphlegm.

I'm more people finding tasty brutal punishment that is Wormphlegm. Should I try the demo? Keep hearing people say it's better, but I'm not a demo person. Especially since the lyrics look god-to-the-awful.

I prefer this over the demo.

I think this one is more accessible, and it's brilliant, so go with this first. If you wind up liking it, definitely try the demo (which I personally prefer)

The demo is better because it's more all-inclusive. It's not like liking one means one shouldn't experience the other though.
