The absolutely best album by Cro-Mags. Even better than the first album, that is called one of the best hardcore albums of all time. This is the heaviest & best produced album with the best songs. Crossover-thrash in perfection. at least for me as metalhead. Hardcore- Fans sure disagree with that. For me it is much more metal than the debut, so they did all right. 1 league better than their very good debut album & much better than all, they released after this.

This is pretty killer material. I just to think that the band made two equally strong albums in the beginning, but after some many listens Aqe of Quarrel sounds better from these two. And that is mostly because the songs on the debut are simply better; they're more characteristic Cro-Mags songs with more of HC influence and less crossover and metal. Days Of Confusion and Crush The Demoniac are what I prefer to others. Generally speaking, the songs on this album are rather strong and "Only One" only can be called skippable.

I wish the band had made more albums like this and the debut.
