"Oppressed / Deformed" is the new album of the really good French band DSK. The band chose to follow its road into the world of Extreme music with a new album especially made for the ones who like Death, Grind or even Hardcore? Be prepare for a music violent and vicious? The music of DSK is a good mix of Death Metal (you'll be able to find the violence of the Death Metal riffs), Hardcore (with it's powerful frenetic rhythms) and finally Grind (with its hysteric side). It's a nice mix really and the music of the album is well done. The different songs will all found a way to catch your attention (if you like extreme music of course) first because DSK wrote catchy stuff but also because we always have this "sweet" violence in all the songs that will please the entire Death Metal lover. But you must remember also that DSK is not a band which plays old school music, it's more like a modern Death and on a way I think that it can be something good that can help to change a bit the monotonous trend that we have nowadays.
