So, I expect something more - more energy and not so typical sound.
"Go" is nice for beginning.
C'mon, C'mon is like pop music.
Love is melodic. Can listen to it.
Bad Actress is what i like. Rock-n-roll with hard rock elements. And... Gotta let it go is not bad.

Def Leppard went downhill after Retroactive, but this is the least inspired thing i've heard from them; I didn't like it at all. I thought X was pretyy weak, but this one is even worse for me.

Another old band that should have called it a day long ago.

That must be your favourite phrase or something.

In this case, I agree with you though. lol

Not my fault if bands don't know when it's time to quit. lol

I've not bought any of their albums for a while, but I still try to catch them live when I can, they still put on a brilliant show even though I have lost interest in any of their new stuff.

The last Leppard album I bought was Adrenalize. ('White Lightning' being the highlight of the album, and the only one Id class as classic Leppard) Ive heard Slang is quite different though, and not as sugary as most of their later works, so Ive been meaning to check that album out for ages now. 'High n' Dry' was and always will be my fave Leppard album. xD

Pyromania for me.

That is a really good album too. Its sort of a cross between 'High N' Dry' and 'Hysteria'. Its not as raw as the former, and not as sugary and sleek as the latter. Definitely the last classic Leppard album for me. xD

I'd stop at Adrenalize, because of White Lightning and some classic shit...
And right after Euphoria...Leppard have not been producing hard rock music. They never were a metal band, but I expected more inspired hard rock around now.

For me it's their best album since 'Adrenalize', but then that's not saying much to be honest. I don't really have a problem with any of the songs on this album, and for the most part the band sound relatively eccentric and solid. The only thing I can't really get into is how songs like 'Cruise control' and 'Only the good die young' are too modern to sound like decent Def Leppard songs, but it's not a terrible sound in my opinion. I think this is the best that we're going to get out of the band.
