Crystalic comes from Finland and was formed in 1998 by the guitarist Toni Tieaho. Unfortunately, and in reason of some line-up changes, the band didn't have the chance to release their album before 2007. Finally "Watch Us Deteriorate" is out through the French label Thundering Records and well, if I will not talk about a genius album, I have to admit that we're in front of a nice first album. Kind of alright and at the same time not highly impressive album. I'm not sure if I have ever heard the album before or have and have forgotten about it, I have heard the second one and I think it's improvement, it has superior songs, while this first one sounds more forgettable. At the end of the day there's just too many bands doing this same style with the same result that this album is.
