I wonder if anybody's ever gonna beat Shape Of Despair as far as heaviness and slowness are concerned... Seldom have I heard something slower than Angels Of Distress. Great album, but Shades Of... is way better than this one. So it's actually quite a disappointment seeing as I expected so much from this album (as it's hailed as their best album).

Awesome FD album. I'm not super big into the genre but this album hits all the doom marks IMO. Love the strings. A little bit more upbeat than others in the genre.
