The Final Countdown has been overplayed, but I still like it.

The title track is catchy I'll admit, but I still just plain hate it. It's just too much glam-pop sounding...too much.

Still better than most of the American hair metal, glam/sleaze of the 80s.

totally true, at least the guys in Europe are proper musicians, as can be totally witnessed on their brilliant first two albums

Bad English
Tage Westerlund
Only problem whit this album was opening song, what ruined band rock roots and make some popsy band what posy chicks remembers, not what awesesome 1-2 album actually are, (yes are not was, still are)
I have to agree about us hair bands, well unless GnR what was better but otherwise true ... band did not lost in cocain and booze, its Scandinavian mentality
and ruck you Tobbe to tell me in 2005 this band is från Skellefteå

The first hard rock album I heard, if I remember correctly. So lots of nostalgia here but the songs themself haven't aged that well IMO. Compared to the two previous ones it feels lightweight and it just doesn't rock enough... alright record.
