Sweden's melodic death Vikings Amon Amarth is back once again with another melodic blast.
Since the release of "The Crusher" in 2001, Amon Amarth has grown in our metal society, with 2002's "Versus the World" they took even a bigger step, and now it's time for "Fate of Norns" to continue the tale of Sweden's best melodic and hard Death metal band.

Not one of Amon Amarth's best efforts... it sure has their most famous songs, but in front of all their other albuns, this one seems a little shallow in comparison.

Epic and awesome as fuck, just as pretty much every other AA album. by far the best track imo is the first one. i sometimes listen to AA and think how can this possibly be made to sound any more epic and heavy.

I agree, a mind blowing album that shows that Amon Amarth is always constantly improving and will only get better. 8.5/10

I like the songs on this one that are just real crushers. "The Pursuit of Vikings" just makes me feel like smashing something with a giant hammer.

Not quite as powerful as versus the world or their later releases, but it still has some AA classics on here. Arson is an awesome song to march to war to\m/

Yeah... this is nowhere near as good as the albums it's sandwitched between. 1, 4 and 7 are modest songs.
