Simply put, this is "good", nothing great, but good. Could have done something to make itself standout though.

I really don't know why I don't like this album... I really enjoyed A Pagan Storm but this just felt like a letdown. I still listen to it and can't find any tracks which leap out at me, or any of the catchy melodies found in the previous album.
I gave it a chance but just can't get into it. I highly doubt its actually crap, but for me? It just didn't work.

It takes time friends.
i started enjoying this album very recently ( i listened to it many times when it was released and at that time i was like... wtf is this!)
now i think its great (not as good as their old work) but still impressive
powerful songs like world in ice and ravens flight stand out. i rly like determined damnation, it feels like they are going back to their dark pagan roots!
