Following up from the strong as nails March Of The Saint is Delirious Nomad; is it a case of sophomore slump? While not as strong as the former, it would be an insult to call this album a slump; featuring some of the strongest material the band would release, it has quality in spades. Armored Saint carry on from strength to strength and produce a second slab of great heavy metal.

A disappointement after the debut, still it's a decent album, but could seriously have more standout songs. I see only 3 of them, that aren't forgotten straight after hearing them like rest of the songs.

What? What? What?

Their debut was a disappointment compared to the e.p. that came before and Delirious Nomad is a big improvement on March Of The Saint, especially productionwise.

I have always preferred the songs of debut's to DN's, but the production of DN is indeed better. As I remember having not heard the EP yet ? thanks for mention it btw ? I gotta check it out if it can be found.

This is much better as debut seems band has own kick own way to kick in song writing. This is excellent album , in many ways underrated band to many of us.

Not as good as the stuff they released before but it's still a very solid record. Aftermath and In The Hole are the best tracks IMO.
