Same case as Hattin...weak and empty band...even for me who likes generic power metal in general... .(

Marvellous piece of melodic power metal. Flows better than Hattin as the band avoids including any lumbering ten-minute whoppers. For some reason, they cap it off with a naff rock ballad, but it's the album's only real misstep.

As historical concept albums go, this might just be a masterpiece. Turns out Napoleon was good for something after all.
