The Benighted - 15.07.2014 at 03:52
Rating: 7 If you need to listen to anything off of this album, let it be 'A Place Their Gods Left Behind'. Literally one of the best opening riffs ever conceived, and a constant reminder of why Intestine Baalism was and still is one of the best Japanese death metal bands around. Not their best album, this one (that's a toss up between their latter two albums) but this one is solid in its own right. The production can be a tad too murky (even for death metal standards) and some of the riffs don't quite stack, but this album shows potential. Check it.
