Staff review by

When it comes to do the review of any grindcore bands each time I'm a bit disturbed to do it… Only because it can be something excellent but also, even the true grindcore fans can confess it, it can be a really pile of shit without any interest. However, Pig Destroyer is not a newcomer, and we all know that the American combo is certainly one of the best band ever in the style , understand that I was expecting something good with this new one…. Then, how is it? How is this new album "Terrifyer", you want to know it huu Well my answer is really simple, that's just a real killer…

Rating: 7 Phantom is way better than this stuff. I like this album but can't be considered my favorite at all. 7/10

Hell no. This is easily better than Phantom Limb. I think I still prefer Prowler, though.

Agreed, Phantom is good but not in the same league as this.

And this is nowhere near Prowler In The Yard.

And this is nowhere near Prowler In The Yard.

Disagree, to me this is just as good. I appreciate the fact that they tried something different. The production is different but it works just as well. I'd say this is far more in your face and more emotional (in its own fucked up way) than the previous one. Pretty damn angsty while Prowler In The Yard was more of a maniac album.

Rating: 7 Well, may be had bad taste of this album. Still it kicks hard. Amazing work done in this record.

But, I'll put this album above "Book Burner". Phantom for me is one of the best record of PG. Prowler have some weak moments but still a fantastic record to burn your face.
