17:20 - Redn1ght Gotta add some stuff to my collection. (Also, found Ghost Brigade's album at the store. Great taste in the selection there.) :)
17:08 - !J.O.O.E.! Yeah I dunno if I could sit through a dub. Though for something like Solyaris it might actually be a good idea.
17:05 - moonflash lol, watch the english dub next time, reading those long subtitles for the dialogues could definitely become a tiring chore. But I still prefer the original Russian. Something about dubs makes the experience not feel right.
17:03 - Apothecary Lynch is working on a new film, I do believe, he's said it'll be something big. Much excite
16:47 - !J.O.O.E.! I do need to rewatch that. I think I fell asleep the last time :P (Solyaris that is)
16:42 - moonflash Yeah, Tarkovsky's movies have a lot of philosophical themes and therfore employ extensive dialogue. That is not to say that this is the sole defining factor of his films: Solaris for instance has some amazing imagery.
Featuring seven tracks of guitar driven metal laden with double time blasting riffs, some positively S-L-O-W punishing riffs, lots of feed back and the fact these guys just RAWK makes this an enjoyable album worth checking out for those who like their metal with a nice coat of sludge.
This really surprised me - they almost sound like a completely different band now. I get the impression that they're leaning more towards stoner than sludge with this release, but it's still great. While Dark Ages might not be as aggressive as Quiet Earth, this one keeps you on your toes.
