This release is ULTRA limited, there were only 8 copies made. Each copy comes with a different full-color photograph/cover, 2-panel black and white insert, a sqaure of gold leaf (approx 2x2 in.) and are each hand-numbered.
The song re-appeared on the new full-length in 2008.
