My main problem with this record is the recording itself. It doesn't sound alive, the performance is too precise that it gets stale, luckily the songs themself are actually pretty good. It's not great but it's solid all the way and among Jack Starr's best records. Also great that he picked up Todd Michael Hall, as it's probably in Burning Starr where Riot noticed him.
