This, their third album, continues to showcase their unique approach to black metal. It is an intense wall of sound that is also very cerebral in approach. At times it seems things are about to fall apart and are just barely held together... and at other times the approach is monolithic and overwhelming. Another very good album from a band carving out their own niche in Black Metal.
Krallice continued their efforts perfectly with this release. It still follows the same structures as their previous albums, but the more present black metal feel makes for a more dynamic listen. That being said, I still appreciate Dimensional Bleedthrough for its atmosphere and melody.
For those interested, an Amazon seller is selling this album for only $4.99, but it doesn't have artwork. I just now ordered a regular copy for $9 before shipping/tax.
If the other songs are as good as The Clearing, then this could be one of my favorites from this year
