It's an improvement on the previous album for sure, if only slightly. I do like how the band's musical direction turned towards the grimier side of things this time, though again, it's not as prominent as in the first two albums. Nonetheless, I can safely say that the first half of the album is stronger than the second, with "I, Me, Mine" and the title track being the standout highlights for me. Actually, I would like to add "The Internal" too, Broadrick's vocal delivery is very sweet on that song.
