The album was meant to be released by Pathologically Explicit Recordings and Grotesque Productions. However, Grostesque had to pull out due to difficulities at the last moment, thus the album was kept back from its initial release date April 6th 2009. It was not until May the album arrived at Pathologically Explicit Recordings to package and send off to the pre-ordered customers/fans.
