The notorious Count is back with yet another addition to the black metal scene with his first English-titled album, Fallen. And while Varg's post-prison releases are a big deal just for the fact that a murderer's name is attached to the music, the material presented isn't exactly anything stunning. There is definitely something stellar about this album though: the cover art, William Adolphe Bouguereau's very own "Douleur d'amour". There's also apparently some mention of the album in some zine that is linked to on the official site. Personally I'm hoping for something that sounds a lot like the self titled, but we all know that's not what we're gonna get.

No. it is definitely better than Belus in every aspect .... the vocals are more varied and the cleans actually work  the drums though being repetitive are well recorded and sounds very good overall . plus there aren't a lot of boring moments which Belus had much of it is not the best thing ever nor it is the best that Varg has done but it is very good indeed
