07:07 - Redn1ght Lol.... I just noticed that my sort-of encyclopedia of mythologies is made in Egypt... A MIRACLE, so many books are printed in China.
04:56 - ScreamingSteelUS Yeah, it seems like Cracked has now overtaken "MAD." Moving online in 2005 was a very smart idea. I've had the chance to peruse some old "MAD"s myself, but I've been a loyal fan of Cracked for six or seven years now.
04:49 - Redn1ght No wonder then! @Screaming. (Only way I knew about MAD was because of seeing some OOLD issues in a second-hand book store and dad showed them there.)
04:43 - ScreamingSteelUS Actually, yes. Cracked began life as one of the many magazines competing for the market "MAD" created. It was the only competitor that managed to survive, and while they now have their own empire, they began as a "MAD" ripoff.
04:36 - Redn1ght Hmm.. I wonder if there's any connection between MAD magazine and Cracked.com.... Their humor is similar to each other in a way.
04:18 - Boxcar Willy Fuckin' purolator didn't notify me my package was here so now they shipped it back to the sender. Beyond pissed off.
When I first watched one of their new videos, I thought it was edited, like the Cannibal Corpse and Dying Fetus Radio Disney dubs. But, after almost a minute of watching it, I realized that was actually how it really sounded.
Sometimes, you don't have to listen to the whole album to know that it sucks. Have you ever tried listening to the entirety of Cold Lake? Or St. Anger?
I haven't touched Cold Lake yet, as far as I remember. St. Anger is pretty ok. I just don't fully understand why to bash something before giving it a proper chance.
I know the feeling you talk about, but I still 'face the challenge' showing some kind of respect towards musicians and listen the whole album, and then I'm ready to share my opinions about it (if one spin tells a lot from it).
Hilarious yet catchy, silly yet entertaining. Damn, you need to be really open-minded to like this one. Even so, after a couple of songs, it gets on your nerves. This is only for the open-minded people, not for the trv;kvlt black metalheads.
