Rating: 8 More Symphonic Black metal than avant-garde on this album, sounds like Immortal, Dimmu Borgir or Behemoth, a mix of those 3 bands I think.. But not avant-garde

yep, I agree. Dunno about previous stuff, but this is melodic black instead of avantgarde
