21:53 - !J.O.O.E.! Well currently there are no Souls style games outside the series (aside from that Lords of the Fallen coming out next month). I think gameplay wise it's sometbing that can be kept going for a long time with minor tweaks.
21:52 - PocketMetal then I wish they'll release it on PC. Consoles are already pretty useless tho. :D
21:51 - Clintagram The Souls-style games are good, no doubt, but it makes me wonder how long they're going to milk it. For as long as they stay high quality I guess, and no more.
01. End Of Disclosure 02. Tales Of Thy Spineless 03. The Eye 04. United We Fall 05. 44 Double Zero 06. Hell Is Where I Stay 07. Soldier Of Fortune 08. When Death Calls 09. The Return 10. Living Dead [bonus]
Catch 22 isn't that bad, in my opinion. It has some great moments like Another Dead End, or Turn The Page. However, a new atmopsheric album would be great
To be honest, I can't remember almost anything of the album.... just when I got it, gave it a few spins and found it bad for what they usually does. I just miss mid-era hypocrisy... though stuff like Virus is very good too.
Cheesy songtitles! 'The Eye'? 'United We Fall'? 'Hell Is Where I Stay'? 'Soldier Of Fortune'? 'When Death Calls'? 'The Return'? Com' on...
Cheesy song 'End Of Disclosure'...
Just hope the album is much better than what we've received so far...
Ps: I'm a diehard Hypocrisy fan!!!
I only listened the samples + the two preview songs (waiting to get a copy) but judging by the reactions, the band seems to have definitely settled into the "safe area" like so many bands formed around the 90' and signed to big labels do. I find this attitude quite disappointing, but can't really blame them.
Loving this album. If your a hypocrisy fan you'll like it if your not you won't.
Then ur in love with the band not with their creations.
Wha??? You can only judge a band by their creations! What i was saying was if your a Hypocrisy fan you will love this album. Hypocrisy seem to be a "love them or hate them" type of band and if you don't like their previous albums, this one isn't going to change your view.
