The cassette is rarer i believe? 66 copies compared to 120 of the CD if i'm not mistaken

The cassette is 100 numbered copies not 66, unlike what Metal Archives states. So I changed it to the correct number here.

Don't get this comment. Why is it disrespectful to cover Billy's version instead of the original? Many artists covered the original while giving it other lyrics for example... I don't find that disrespectful.

But i agree with you I don't find anything disrespectful in covering Billy's version instead of the original one. Just like when Marilyn Manson covered Soft Cell's cover of Tainted Love

Yeah I saw that, that's why I quoted him. I would understand him if the cover was of the original version and they tried to sing it in its original language. That would be shitty hehehehe but that's about it.
