The first track is quite symbolic for the rest of the album. A lot of borrowings from previous works, but nothing original to be found here. But I didn't like WTF?! either, so if you dug that album, you might as well enjoy this one.

Same here... I almost saw it as a return to form. WTF?! is nothing new... but well executed and written!
