Should I shake his hand, or not?

This was a hard one to guess, with a name like Job For A Cowboy and an album entitled "Doom" what could I expect? Doom Metal? Folk Metal? Country Music?
This was cleared to me after the first spin of the album, these kids (yeah, they're still in high school) were playing a popular (and infamous at the same time) genre: Metalcore.

Rating: 10 This is a great band to headbang to, I may not like Deathcore too much, but these guys turned into Death Metal back in 2007 and now they're as great as ever!!

I will always hate this E.P for starting the worst movement in metal history. And the music on it sucks also.

Rating: 10 I love this album, it's really not even "Deathcore", it's really sludgy death metal with a lot of breakdowns, and probably one of the heaviest albums of all time. What followed after it, though, was the worst shit i've ever heard, band after band made from just angry noise, all the heavy metal in it was gone. It just makes me want to cry just thinking about it. Never blame these guys, its not the first time its happened, and it wont be the last.

JFAC was one of them who heavily followed angry noises with excessive of breakdowns but from past two releases they shaped it up pretty well. If they keep continuing their records like this, it will be among of the big center of attraction in deathcore scene. With mixing up sludgy stuff, less down vociferating angry vocals, breakdowns and "ending stupid nowhere drumming saga in JFAC" it now looks pretty good to have a more few spins too. Glad they change drastically but needs more polish.
