Back on Acid after very long time. Somewhere on my tab it got lost, popped up today and played it.

Fucking amazing.

If they were going to name the band based on the substance they were using I doubt they were on acid -- and neither am I, heh. Anyhow, it's good sounding material, somewhat softer than the average band in the speed metal, and the vocals also seem to be more mainstream audience oriented; I like the result a lot, it's a good balance to what I mostly listen and it's impossible to call them posers or sellouts when it's clearly meant to be metal. Not really one of the bests, but amazing? Definitely in its own way.

Growing

I would not call this mainstream oriented or soft by any means, if anything it sounds like proto-thrash, being rawer and more punk like than average speed metal.

Considering this stuff was released in the beginning of 1983, several months before Kill'Em'All, it sounds really aggressive for its time! And I really dig up the vocals and the rawness of the record.
