Listened to it. Cried because it was so good. Started from the beginning again.
Seriously this is just as good as their previous album, which means it will be very difficult for any band to top it for AOTY in 2015. Seriously outstanding album. I'm going to hold out on giving this a 10, as I usually demote them back to a 9, but if I still enjoy this as much as I have the first few play-throughs on my 10th or so...well it'll definitely be worthy

Edit: It's streaming on bandcamp now

This album bludgeoned my soul. Heavy and sinister.

I just realized that the album cover is like a (much) better version of Kreator's Phantom Antijesus.

Alex spamming this everywhere over hyped it bigtime for me

Haha I'm sure it did! I just love it that much, but I'm sorry if it was disappointing (you gave it an 8, so I'm assuming it wasn't too disappointing lol)

This and the last Vanhelgd and Grave Miasma have been on a loop for me during the last few days. Fucking death metal bliss I'm still not sure which one I prefer.

While I'm not sure it's THAT good, it is probably my favorite of theirs so far. They keep improving which is awesome. It seems like this album has the perfect balance/mix of all the things I liked from their previous stuff, with nothing that drags or is a little less good.

That one outshines them all. It's really good, just not 9-level for me.

Crushingly evil wall of sound?that causes the musicianship to suffer. Songs are interchangeable, very little noteworthy happens aside from "We Dawn Anew." Those familiar with blackened death have heard this before. I was most reminded of Otargos, only minus the catchy riffing. Newcomers to the genre will eat it up.
Enjoyability=7-8
Musicianship=7
Innovation=5
