Oh mannn! Russel sounds amazing! Awesome work. Really nice songs as well, very enjoyable guitar, some stuff that's very similar to early Symphony X.

Dear God, this really is one of the most generic, uninspired, half-baked, formulaic offerings I've heard in a long time... if this album indeed had an original thought in it's head, it would have died at birth of loneliness... not even Russell's excellent vocals can save this from the eBay pile; let's for the love of all things metal just hope that there's no Chapter Two...
---- First gig was Manowar (loincloths 'n' all), Bristol Colston Hall in March 1983, on the 'Hail to England' tour. Tickets were £3.75, 300 in the audience, Mercyful Fate never showed, but my hearing still got seriously trashed..
