I don't understand the high rating of this album. It's one of the most unoriginal, generic, repetitive albums I've heard this year. Voices is like a Dimmu Borgir cover song, some 100x times heard riffs packed together. His is an amazing drummer, no question about that, but song writing and being really talented, or skilled as a musician are two different things.

The comment about the generic riffs is right. Though "Voices" is a fantastic track. "Shall rise/shall be dead" too.
I see so many Greek guitarists (except RC's Emmanuel) that joined this album but I have not even heard of them. :S

It's like streamlined Nile - with less interpretative vocals and simpler guitars. Fantastic and accessible.
