Fyrnask again impressed me..! from the beginning until the end "Forn" drowns me in an intense journey and beauty.this album is more than black metal.it's atmospheric, and there is ritual dark ambient parts, string instruments and even some doom metal. the track "Havets Kjele" is instrumental with strings (violin) which is extremely melancholic and beautiful. fyrnask music is so passionate i can feel it...i so much love to write a review for this but i don't know i'm good at review or not cause this album deserves an excellent review.

Fyrnask again impressed me.

This is fantastic. Reminds me of Regarde Les Hommes Tomber in most places. Agree, "black metal" doesn't do this justice.

This is where discordant and atmospheric black metal collide. and with really good results. He packs an absolute ton of sounds and influences into this, both foreboding and ethereal. Definitely overlooked this when it came out. Impressive for a one-man project.

Very good stuff, only on my first listen yet though...
This isnt a one-man band anymore and wasnt on this album according to metallum, and they actually gained a member from my best at the moment band Árstíðir lífsins.

Might be worth checking out the previous album when he was on his own. Seems higher rated on here but haven't heard it myself yet.
