"Ragnarok" is the third release in the "Runaljod" trilogy that interpret the runes of the Elder Futhark.
All songs written, composed and produced by Einar Selvik between 2003 and 2016.
Arrangements by Einar Selvik and Lindy Fay Hella.
Recorded, engineered and mixed in Fimbulljóð Studio and various outdoor locations in Norway.
Ice percussion on "Isa" recorded in Geilo (Norway), in 2015.
Chidren's choir on "Wunjo" recorded at Hol kulturskole.

Not as jaw droppingly good as Ragnarok, but it has a certain mystic quality to it that reminds me of Gap Var Ginnunga. Warrants multiple listens to fully appreciate, but it's still Wardruna, who are still an amazing band.

That's great music, so solemn! I was at Wardruna's concert for Ragnarok presentation in Moscow this year. I am still impressed and that's the impression for the rest of my life. Lindy has really fabulous voice, Einar is a great musician and author who tells Northern sagas in his songs. That was interesting.
