Black Earth is a great opening salvo for what promises to be an awesome last 100 days of 2017 for \m/. An unrelentingly heavy assault that is a fine tuning of their approach which sounds like an organic Streetcleaner. Process Of Godflesh anyone?

Diverge

Worth the five year wait! Far more crushing and dynamic than Fæmin, and worthy of a 9 in my books.

Feral Ground is exactly what I was hoping this album would bring, a combination of all the best parts of Fæmin.

Still my favorite band from Portugal. I don't even miss their "Erosion" days, they change their sound every album. Always evolving, never stagnant.

I might even like this one better than Erosion, feels more gut-wrenched and visceral.

Couldn't care for Faemin as it felt too arid, but they've really hit a nerve with this one. Stellar effort.
