The Aces High Cover is pretty awesome. Like it was a fight between starfighters rather than bi-planes. the rest of the album is your typical over the top power metal with excelent production and very few twists.

Sonata Arctica and Stratovarious children ?
It's hard to evaluate this one. In one hand it's a really easy and nice sound to listen to, really familiar and I like the melodies and the speed the songs have. In the other hand, nothing sounds new, everything sounds to simple.
It's a nice album to hear if you like power metal but it doesn't give any steps forward and it will not convince those that don't enjoy power metal as much.
It will certainly be fantastic by those that love power metal and are new to it, but it won't sound that big for those that listen to power metal for years.
Still, a good album overall. I recommend it.
