04:49 - Redn1ght Closest thing to death I've felt was when I had to do some badass-level ab workouts in TKD class. xD (I wasn't as fit back then.)
04:44 - Dima We did it for an 1hr straight. Team ran a square route in a 2 line formation. The 2 people at the front would sprind around the square to reach the back of the line. It was closest thing to death i've felt but worth it big time
04:42 - Dima That's what we did for football training. We got fit abnormally quickly. Though, you likelywon't last as long as you could because you don't have a coach getting ready to let his lungs off at you if you quit.
04:36 - Redn1ght Something like what I was implying, short laps equivalent of that length. It's only good for endurance once you got basics down. :P
04:35 - Dima jogging on its own is pretty gheeyyy imo. Based on my expereience, sprint jog interval training is much more beneficial.
04:28 - Redn1ght What I've found is that doing it in short sets gets better result than long ones, like not 1 hour runs but rather shorter runs that equal to the same distance.
04:16 - !J.O.O.E.! My diet was terrible, though under 2500 calories. And I've never been overweight. Well within my BMI.
It has been stated many times that we're not about to feature every single metal band that has ever existed. Usually we only add already accomplished bands with at least one full-length release. Still, many bands escape our attention, so it's up to you to tell us which of them are the most worthy of being featured on Metal Storm.
Bands listed here are suggested for addition by our users. You can vote for these bands as well as provide additional comments - both of which will be taken into account when we look for the next band to feature on Metal Storm. If the band is not in the list, you can suggest it here (you need to be a registered member).
Make sure you also check the Blacklisted bands - these are the bands we're not going to add at all, since we feel they won't be appropriate for this website. Yes, some non-metal bands are already featured here, but that's not the reason to add a lot more - so we don't accept arguments like "hey, this band is way more metal than band X you have featured!".

C R O W N is a three men band and a drum machine combining metal with electronic elements. Their music is a successful mix of alternating melodic and dynamic sounds.. You have to listen to them to feel how powerful and trippy their music is. They are definitely one of those bands that has created its own identity and I highly recommend to explore their music! I was amazed by their live performance and in my opinion I believe that people should get to know them better through their albums and tours. Check them!

For far too long metal has been a young metalhead's game. But what about those in the 80+ yrs range, with serious issues amongst the elderly they need a voice and Palliative Care provide that.
05.10.2015 - X-FrEaK
It is a band that draws inspiration from Therion, Diablo Swing Orchestra and Apocaliptyca. The vocalist, Janika, has a great voice both studio and live! Here is one of their best songs: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9jrY31IgBhg

05.10.2015 - The V.M.93
Mondo Generator (sometimes known as Nick Oliveri And The Mondo Generator) is an American rock hybrid band founded in 1997 by Nick Oliveri. The name of the band originated when Brant Bjork spray-painted the words on the side of Oliveri's Sunn amplifier. Mondo means "world" in Italian. The Oliveri-penned Kyuss song appearing on the 1992 album Blues for the Red Sun also took its name from this event, and the amplifier itself appears in the artwork for the album.

It is a very promising band. Style of play rival bands like The Black Dahlia Murder, Aborted, Benighted. They gather an increasing fan base in Poland and Europe. In 2012 they won the Polish eliminations WackenMetalBattle and they played on the biggest metal festival in Europe. So far they released one studio album EP "Last Cut", which collects positive reviews. The band plans to release a second album in mid 2016 years. The title is not yet known. Profile of Devil's Note on MetalStorm.net will certainly help them in gaining wider group of fans and audience of their work.
03.10.2015 - Disposable Heroe
This is one of the very few death metal bands of my city (mar del plata) and surrounding areas, and one of even fewer metal bands wich has at least one record and another one in progress... It would be the first on MS and it would help the local scene. Their style is death metal, but they have some doom influences as well as progressive death and thrash.
01.10.2015 - Lappalainen

We released our first album in February and we would like you to write a review about it.

LAZY BONEZ was formed in early 2012. Actually it was pure accident as some members from TAROT met some other cool metalheads from ETTR and D-CAYED.
First it was meant to be only a short studiosession of two songs, but... As the result sounded way much better than expected, the guys then decided take the long way and make the full album. AND NOW IT'S READY!!!

Krysthla was forged into being during 2012 and proudly boasts four of the original members (Neil Hudson, Noel Davis, Carl Davis, and Wayne Minney) of UK metal legends Gutworm (SPV/Steamhammer and Anticulture Records 1998-2010) joined by Adi Mayes, influential former frontman of metal heavyweights Deadeye (2000-2009). After spending over two years writing and perfecting a new sound and crafting tracks worthy of taking on the metal world once again, Krysthla are already stamping their mark on the UK metal scene.
With years of experience both live (multiple tours and major festival appearances across Europe and the USA) and recording (Label releases with distribution through Plastic Head and music videos on MTV, Scuzz and Kerrang!) under their collective belts, they have the expertise and talent to lay down truly crushing performances

LAVA ENGINE is a progressive rock/metal band from Sweden. They self-released their debut EP in 2008, and self-released "In Limbo" in 2010. "In Limbo" was later re-released in February 2011 by Liljegren Records. The band's style can be compared to PAIN OF SALVATION, PORCUPINE TREE, and OPETH.
05.10.2015 - WetchBetch
They took their name from "Beyond the Unholy Grave" by Death
Started out as a grind/death metal band in 1993 and they are still active and touring.
As far as grindcore goes, they're pretty amazing. unfortunately, they mainly produce 7"s despite the ridiculous amount of music they make and so people really only hear about them by stumbling upon them in record shops and taking a chance on that 7" or finding them online randomly. They have put out a few CDs, though.

well Infesticide's highly-brutal new Ep sees the critically-acclaimed cementing their place amongst the all-time metal-elite. "Skills to Eviscerate" finds the band pushing the brutal edges of the thrash metal genre's sounds to new heights while delivering the most fastest metal that has become their calling card. The band gracefully blends brutality and weird riffin attack, commanding songs played at stunningly brutal levels. songs are expressive and elaborate, and exude class and the confidence of a band at the peak of their abilities. Minimum very clearly raises the bar for extreme metal and is Infesticide's finest moment to date and the most brutal and fast thrash metal mexican band
27.09.2015 - Waelo
The band combines Oud influenced oriental style, with many other symphonic elements and lyrics reflecting people's suffering in war zones and in exile. The Band's first album will be released in October 2015, and it brings together elements that are not very often used in Metal

25.09.2015 - allurataq
The name Allura'taq is a conglomeration of several Alutiiq words, among them 'stranger' and 'singer'. The duo hail from the Pacific Northwest; Bobby Savage from Alaska, Jeff Kastelic from Washington state. Allura'taq captures the deep, manic energy that stems from nature and the celestial. Melodic and sometimes chaotic, Allura'taq is continually influenced by European Metal made in late 80's and 90's to produce music that is powerful, dark and exhilarating.

Unearthly inversion, drawn in shadows"
25.09.2015 - Hykez
Probably one of the most important bands in the brazilian metalcore scene, not only by carrying the scene on their backs but on bringing it to different crowds (a.k.a. playing at Rock in Rio today).
