11:37 - Cynic Metalhead IGI, wow playing after long time. it's stella to enter the room, operate the laptop and fucking explode the whole thing.
07:02 - Jaeryd17 I'm desperately hoping they release Destiny for PC, but I have a 360 so if they don't I guess I'll be okay... for the first game in the series, anyway. Still haven't played Mirror's Edge, but it sounds like my kind of game.
06:04 - Maco The consoles war in the new generation is here [link]
05:59 - Maco At least playing fallout or battlefield is better than playing new call of duty games.
05:56 - BoxCar Willy All I play is fallout, with the occasional bout of grand theft auto and battle field.
05:42 - Maco @Lit. It has to be, that game was the shit.
05:21 - Lit. @Maco Don't care much for MK, but Mirror's Edge is taking the position for my most anticipated game.
It has been stated many times that we're not about to feature every single metal band that has ever existed. Usually we only add already accomplished bands with at least one full-length release. Still, many bands escape our attention, so it's up to you to tell us which of them are the most worthy of being featured on Metal Storm.
Bands listed here are suggested for addition by our users. You can vote for these bands as well as provide additional comments - both of which will be taken into account when we look for the next band to feature on Metal Storm. If the band is not in the list, you can suggest it here (you need to be a registered member).
Make sure you also check the Blacklisted bands - these are the bands we're not going to add at all, since we feel they won't be appropriate for this website. Yes, some non-metal bands are already featured here, but that's not the reason to add a lot more - so we don't accept arguments like "hey, this band is way more metal than band X you have featured!".

Centinela is a classic heavy metal band from Albacete (Spain). Their last albums have been self-produced and they are available for free download at their website, but at the beginning they were signed to GoiMusic. They recently released their eighth studio album.

The band features 3 members from Isis, another post metal band already on MS, and the vocalist of Deftones.
It is more post-like than Isis and not quite as heavy, but it definitely deserves a place on MS, as it is reminiscent of bands like AtomA.
I believe that a lot of fans of bands like Isis, AtomA, Enshine, Aoria and other bands in that vein of music will greatly appreciate this band.

Scalpel has been crushing for over 5 years now here in the Northeast. The music is raw and true to the old school roots like Morbid Angel, Death, Carcass, Napalm Death, and Gorguts but they have a very fresh sound. Sevared Records is releasing their full length this summer "Sorrow and Skin" and I think that people will really love this album when they hear it.

Hailing from Manila Philippines, Resurrected, is one of the legendary thrash metal bands who are dominating the Philippine Metal Scene up to this date.
They have played and shared the stage with several foreign underground hardcore punk bands like Truth of Arise, Peaceful Protest, All You Can Eat, Code13, Himza, and War All The Time.
Resurrected performed at the 2007 Fette dela Musique, an annual French music festival in Malate, Manila, with 2,000 in attendance. The thrashing quartet have also opened for Korea's finest thrash metal band, Mahatma, at Ten02 Bar in April 2008. Mahatma have come to hail them as the Philippines' finest thrash metal band, as evidenced on the May 2008 issue of Pulp Magazine. Resurrected's Fin and drummer Resty Maddela unleashed their killer guitar riffs and masterful skin-pounding skills respectively, as guest musicians for the Hollywood, California-based rock band Rex, with a neck-breaking performance at the Pulp Summerslam 8 at the Amoranto Stadium, in April 2008. Over 30,000 people experienced having their asses being kicked, and then some.
Resurrected performed at the 2008 Asian Solidification Tour with Japanese extreme metalbands Defiled and Hydrophobia in October, at the Center for Arts, Quezon City. Over 200 people attended the said event. Resurrected later celebrated their 15th anniversary, through a special metalheads episode that was aired on November 2008 over MYX. Fin and the boys have recently been tapped to open for the US retro-thrashers Warbringer last May 2010, as well as being one of the local support bands for international acts The Vaine from Australia and Assault from Singapore in early March this year.
Resurrected is currently hard at work in the studio, meticulously writing songs for the sophomore follow-up to their "Past Scars Aria" full-length debut.

While THROWN INTO EXILE is a relatively new band, theyʼve already become the talk of the town with high-profile opening slots for bands including Sepultura, Fear Factory, Chimaira, All Shall Perish, and more. But itʼs this summerʼs Mayhem Festival that will be the biggest proving ground yet for THROWN INTO EXILE, as they were able to win the "Road to Mayhem" competition over dozens of other bands to secure a slot performing on the same bill as Slipknot, Motorhead, Anthrax, and Slayer... a dream come true for all five of these hard-working bandmates.

In my crusade for bringing the Spanish metal to MS, today it's The Zen turn.
A melodic death metal band from Barcelona that counts with Toni González, former Karlahan and guest Equilibrium singer, on the vocals, along with other people related to Karlahan.

Earthless have been around for quite some time, I got turned on to them around 2006. Their style of nearly no vocals and lengthy instrumental jams I think would fit in nicely here. The are great timing and dynamic changes throughout their music, but some of the tunes are literally 20-30 minutes long, so if one isn't into lengthy, soaring up and down kind of close-your-eyes-and-flow with it for that long, one won't be very into those tunes. Very heavy guitar sound, their guitarist Isaiah Mitchell uses great fuzztone and other effects to advantage! I thank the great Staff here at MS for any consideration they have or may have already had with this suggestion. Excellent site, folks, wish I had discovered it much soooner. Thanks again - rock on!

UNSCARRED is a powerful pounding-groove machine, Wild and crazy "Thrash metal" band formed in 2002 in France, Paris. The story began when Brice/Bassist, started to think of forming his own Thrash metal band. The lineup knew many bustles but stabilized itself at the beginning of 2006 with Boris/ Lead Guitar, and 2008 Niko/Rhythm Guitar. Nelly, Iranian metal singer, joins the band in 2012 as vocal and Franck joined the band recently in January 2013 as drummer.
The band already had some great experiences of scene in France. Now with this new crazy lineup and an insane new "stage addiction", all members are in, to show the power and the magic this kind of music represent to them on any stages all around the world!!
Their first Ep, mix of anger, power, energy, aggression, weight, harmony and emotion, gonna be out, at the end of January 2013.
