Biography
"Sworn was an Armenian extreme metal band that formed in 2005 in Yerevan as an atmospheric black metal band but gradually changed it's style to something more close to melodic progressive death metal. To this day Sworn recorded two demo albums (The Rise demo LP and ...Of Euphoria demo EP) and one full LP, Tended High, which was released and distributed in Russia by Haarbn Productions in 2007. By the end of the year 2007 the recording and remastering of the previous two demo albums was complete and Sworn released it's "Twilight" album, which consists of the songs from those demos. In 2010, willing to incorporate their findings in new environments, the band decided to stop their activity in their current form. Thus, after a farewell live concert called "Live Obliteration"the band ceased to exist, with founding member Vladimir starting Daeron together with Vardan and Arsen from Sworn.
More then a year after their last live appearance the band officially announced the demise of Sworn in March 2011.
