Biography

ANY FACE started their career in September 2000.
Since the very beginning, the members of the band have written their own tracks: the result was the recording of a demo published in 2001, a self-financed EP, released in 2002, and the debut album "Craving Out Of Mist" released in 2006. These records allowed the band to make themselves known and requested for several live events, even supporting some famous Italian and international metal and alternative bands in various circumstances. After the recording of the album, the line up gets almost completely changed.

After reaching an internal balance, the band starts the composition process again, changing their style from metalcore/mathcore of the early days into technical death metal.
From 2008 to 2010 the band produced an EP, a promo and the second album, "The Cult Of Sickness", recorded at Fear Studio in Ravenna (Italy) and mastered at The Strands Studio (Slash, Billy Idol, Zakk, Wylde, etc.) in Los Angeles under Alex Guadagnoli's supervision. "The Cult Of Sickness" also features Alan Dubin (Khanate, Gnaw, OLD). The above mentioned records were positively greeted by national and international press, and "The Cult Of Sickness" promotion brings the band to perform on Italian and foreign stages between 2011 and 2012.
In 2013 ANY FACE started to work on their third album.

The style has become more progressive, although still keeping its "extreme" feature, typical of the band.
The third album, "Perpetual Motion Of Deceit" was recorded, mixed and mastered at Nadir Music Studios (Mike Terrana, Sadist, Nerve, Nufutic etc.) in Genoa (Italy) under Tommy Talamanca (Sadist)'s supervision. The release of this album is foreseen in the first months of 2014.
