Godhate, formerly known as Throneaeon, have managed to keep the flame of death metal burning in more than a decade. The unholy years bear the stamp of high quality and has yield remarkable releases. The latest recording, entitled Equal In The Eyes Of Death, has sets new standards to the band. Throneaeon, formed in -91, held the world waiting until -95 when the first demo was unleashed upon mankind. And from this first mark of existance they have managed to impress the death metal world with every new release.

In -97, after turning down a few offers from various labels underground labels, Throneaeon/Godhate decided to let the world know who should be ruling the hellish thrones in the future. The classic Carnage demo, consisitng of 4 tracks of pure Satanic and blasphemous death metal, got released and gained great reviews in both bigger and smaller magazines... It got elected as the 6th best demo of the year by the Swedish Close-up magazine.

It didn't take long until a record deal was signed and the Mcd With Sardonic Wrath was let loose in -99.
