Biography
In the near future there will be no countries but companies.
In the near future there will be no citizens but slaves.
In the near future from darkness shall come hope.
The 2008 Economic Crisis altered Earth in many significant ways. In a present where Black Zaibatsu or Shadow Multinational Corporations had more resources and GDP than most traditional-nation democratic governments, the 2008EC could only be finished in a radical way: governments were sold to Monopolies.
As a result of which, millions of citizens lost their freedom and became state workers, while all the generated benefits were invested in aggressive economical operations in the international markets that soon devastated the economies of minor countries, which were absorbed by more powerful businesses, resulting in Continent-Sized Macrocorporations fighting ruthlessly for global dominion generating thousands of New Poor on their way.
And that was just the calm before the storm.
In 2013 the definitive conflict was unleashed, starting as a military stock bidding war, then turning into a full fledged financial offensive that entirely destroyed weaker companies, thus creating a confronting escalation with a corresponding arms race that soon turned into Global Conflict 3: a nuclear, bacteriological and chemical armageddon that almost wiped humanity off the face of earth... from which many Companies benefited from.
Years after the war, the geopolitic landscape has changed: there are no countries, but Corporation Cities whose trading, production and exploitation of resources are carefully directed to create the so-called Strong World Order. The world is now a clean, safe, conflict-free place, in which pollution has been reduced to a minimum, violence has been eradicated and everywhere, humanity lives in peace.
Until a new company appeared in the World Market.
