23:27 - E.Mols86 Bad English, usually it's about 5,5-6 hours for me, during weekdays. But this week I somehow slept even less, not sure why. The ideal amount of sleep for me is 7 hours. Anything above 7 hours is long in my book.
23:23 - -DC-002- 5 hours is managable. power nap! sometimes a hard 20 minutes of sleep on a table gets me a lot of energy.
