When Ronnie James Dio passed away in 2010, a tribute concert was held in his memory with vocal duties being handled by Jørn Lande and Glenn Hughes.
Heaven and Hell was essentially the Dio-era lineup of Black Sabbath. When the band reunited in 2006, they decided to change their name to separate themselves from the reunions of the Ozzy-era lineup taking place at the time, and chose to go with the name of the first album they recorded together.
