Thergothon's Jori Sjöroos is the main composer and producer of a Finnish pop/rock band PMMP, which gained a national Teosto-award in the year of 2009 from its album Veden Varaan. The award is founded to improve Finnish creative music art and it is given annually for one to three opuses which has shown courageousness, distinctiveness and innovation.
