Have someone ever gone to a concert alone?
Cos I really want to see Moonspell but my common sense says me that will be... odd.. |
|
|
|
| Just hook up with some people on the net who'd also be going alone and make out to meet there. I've made quite some good friends this way. |

Do you really want to see Moonspell? If that so no one will know that you're alone... You'll be just one in the crowd! |

Yhea I know but that's not the "problem".
I just guess it will be somewhat weird because I am there by myself , not with a group of friends , or girlfriend or whatever.
It just doen't make very sense , for me, going to a gig alone. Let's see what tomorrow brings..
Btw , are the tickets for tomorrow sold out ? |

I wouldn't feel bad if I had to go alone to something I really wanted to see (and note that a girl going alone is always more prone to being aproached with what may not be the best of intentions, sometimes - that's an issue you don't have to worry about ), so you go ahead and enjoy the most of those concerts.
Besides, you know you'll always have someone to chat about the impressions of the show, afterwards (even if online). |

| @Opiário: So, did you go there? |
|

I'd call him an idiot if he didn't. Just like I still call myself an idiot for not going to Bolt Thrower when they toured 3 1/2 years ago because I didn't want to go alone. Still waiting for a chance to make up for it. |

| How say it? Friday(08-08) was a complete mess... 2 Bands didn't come( Shadowsphere and Kalashnikov) and the event started to late) 3 Inches Of Blood played 5-6 songs, Exodus and Finntroll played about 30min... F*uck, it's was stupid. Only Moonspeel had his change. I've to say that you didn't missed much!Saturday was way better, all the bands played long enough! Overall Marduk was the best for me! |

It's sad that all these things continue to happen in Portugal. We have this great bills and then always something goes wrong. I'm sorry but something is wrong with the people who organise this.
I would've loved to see Anathema and Arch Enemy, I wish I was there! |

I can only hope all these unfortunate events (both Lagoa and Alliance's 1st day) won't pass on a bad reputation about gigs in our country. I don't know how bands face this, but I hope they won't put us in a pit even deeper than the one we're in now, when it comes to extending their tours to the far edge of Iberia... |
