Even in loads of venues in the US you have age limits, apparently it has to do with the sale of alcohol in the venue. As far as I know, Belgium, Germany (I think), and The Netherlands are a couple of the very few countries worldwide where there are no age restrictions concerning shows UNLESS there is pornographic content ON stage (like with Rockbitch) so not for porngrind bands cause they ONLY sing about such stuff.

makes sense if its in a bar. i dont know about laws in estonia but odds are it would be about booze sales than content, cuz paul gilbert is about as offensive as...well something that isnt offensive, cuz paul gilbert's solo music is almost entirely instrumental.

It's not just the alcohol - bar workers must always ask ID from people if in doubt about their age. The real reason is that we have a kind of a curfew for minors here - people under 18 aren't allowed outdoors after 11 PM.

JEEZUS, the curfew in the States, or at least in California, is midnight i think. alright that makes sense then.
