Pentagram (mezarkabul) confirmed.
Unfortunately...
Unfortunately? They are a great band, imo one of the very best Turkish bands around. |

Yea i agree
but actually i can also say that pentagram doesn't suit this festival, because they don't make extreme music.
if you check out the other bands that will take part in this festival, you can't find any midpoints between pentagram and them.
but it's also true that the pentagram are on of the best turkish metal(actually just music) bands. |

Getting bigger...
PENTAGRAM
LEGION OF THE DAMNED
KALMAH
GRAVEWORM
MORIBUND OBLIVION
CARNOPHAGE
BIOCRIME |

| Marcel, Mezarkabul is just not trve enough for the Turkish fans, who are of course, the trvest audience in the world if you haven't noticed that yet. |

And that's why Overkill si huge there and almost nohere else in the world?
Btw lookign at the line-up I wouldn't call Kalmah extreme either. But Mezarkabul/Pentagram is superior to Kalmah in every single way. I think I will put on Anatolia (the Turkish version) when I get back home today. |

i think you haven't been any concerts of mezarkabul yet? you wouldn't have said that if you had. |

| Who, this is a really good line-up. Still pissed that Kalmah seems to refuse to visit their neighbours. |

I saw them twice already, don't worry. If you'd read what I said carefully, you'd see that I was just being sarcastic, like Marcel did. |

Well that's the point! I mean Kalmah isn't really extreme either, nor is Graveworm. But when Mezarkabul got announced every was like "oooh noez, they're not extreme!". Funny thing is that the festival never claimed to be "extreme" as in genres of metal, they just thought the name was cool!
and yeah Overkill is probably huge here because of the trve Thrash fans who only listen to Destruction, Overkill and Slayer. |

Kalmah cancelled their gig.

Bad news
The main reason for attending this event was Kalmah for me. The second was Graveworm.
I'm glad that I have not bought my ticket yet, if I had learned this cancellation after I bought, I would have gone mad probably
Now I am confused.. |

now that you think that these two bands are not extreme, can you tell me which bands are really extreme to you?! kalmah and graveworm are two of the most extreme bands I've ever listened to. c'mon man!
besides, when I said "unfortunately" I did not mean pentagram is not a good band or not good enough for this festival or any other festival in Turkey. what I meant was the majority of the audience is getting a little sick of pentagram, and they wanna see bands more like confirmed bands in this festival. of course pentagram is good, but wouldn't you wanna see a band like insomnium or enslaved, for example? |
